My aquarium of 120 liters once is cleaned adquire a milky color at two weeks term, the chemical parameters are as follows: ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitraste 5 mg/L, Gh test 214.8 ppm,KH test 125.3 ppm. The filters are FLUVAL BIOLIFE 55, trickle filtration 120 liters/hour and FLUVAL 204 external filter, 680 liters/hour. The tank contains plastic plants, and six pairs of an south american cichlid, Convicto, cichlasoma nigrofasciatum, which breed each month into this media succesfully.
The problem of milky water began three month ago in spite this aquarium have two years with none problem with the water transparency.
I cleaned the aquarium carefully however the milky water return. I will be gratefull for help Regards.
