is there an easy way to automatically include my aquarium setup in my questions, replies?
 
Sure, go to User CP, go to edit signature, type it all in there and then make sure the box is checked that says, "Show your signature" when you post.
 
Actually, in the interest of brevity, it's preferable to put that information in the Member's Tank area and then link to it. Having 5 inches of duplicate info per post in a thread can be frustrating.
