Since I put in my new lights my Egeria densa has gone crazy! They were all about 6 inches high when I planted them and they have doubled, and more in a few cases, in length in the last 2 weeks. I am going to trim them back a little for a neater look, and was wondering if I could plant the cuttings and have them grow? I was going to pick up another plant or two, but if the cuttings from my existing plants will root and grow I'll save myself a few dollars. Thanks!

Ayep. Just make a cutting, pull off the bottom leaves and put that portion in the substrate. The new roots will form at the leaf nodes.
