Suggestions for Mbuna tank

I have a 55 gallon tank that I have come to realize is not the best habitat for 2 oscars, a dempsey and 2 pleco's. I plan on returning them to my pet store. I was wondering if anyone could suggest some Mbuna cichlids for my 55 gallon tank. I would like a decent sized population, but would sacrifice that idea for a more colorful grouping. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

A 55 isn't really a very good sized tank for mbuna, unfortunately. 55s don't have much floor space and mbuna either need a good amount of territory or swimming space (to get away from bullying fish). You could maybe keep some smaller, more placid mbuna, like yellow labs. You could keep about 6 or 7 in a 55....
