hardy fish

I just got an old 20-gal and am excited about stocking it.

what fish, besides danios are the most hardy and suitable for putting in a 20-gal FW community tank?

How hardy do you want them? Do you want hardy or looks (which comes first)?

Platy seem to be very hardy fish. Get two or three females and one male. I'm guessing your tank is not cycled yet?
