Odd spot on my Fahaka, Any clue?

Hey, this has been on him a while. I never had a digital camera to take a picture of it. Now I do. Here it is
I hope it shows up.


It looks like almost natural...Its just a ring... I don't remember when or how he got it. I don't remember if he had it the whole time... I just..noticed it I guess but never paid it attention.

Also, he doesn't seem sick, hasn't acted it at all. I've scared him once or twice by turning on my room light after turning his light off..
