What are these white specs in my aquarium?

I’ve noticed some small white cinnamon roll shaped things attached to the glass in my quarantine tank. They are about the size of this zero (0) and they don’t move, but I’ve also noticed some small white bugs swimming around too. Does anyone have any ideas as to what these might be?

the little white bugs should be copepods, as for the curls, i have them in my tank, they don't seem to harm or bother anything. Maybe someone else can pinpoint what they are

I think they might be tube worms, called spirorbidae which are beneficial. I've been reading up on it and that's what I think it is.

Yup, they are tubeworms! I have tonnes and have to clean the glass every few days just to keep them from taking over!
