He has scales riped off and swims weak. i have been hand feeding it to help it get its strength back but i need to know more on what to do. It is my male texas who is very beautiful and has been with me for years now. please help me.

As with any injuries, it is going to take time to heal and see if your Texas still has full movement of all fins. The best thing you can do is maintain excellent water quality throughout the healing period. If there is exposed wounds then I would begin Melafix treatment to ward off any bacterial infection. Be sure to offer your Texas his favourite food while recovering. And in conclusion...be sure to keep fish with "suitable" tankmates.

Yeah get some MelaFix, the stuff works but smells pritty bad, also leaves like a foam on the top of your water. Keep him isolated from any aggressive fish.

...and stop fighting with your fish.

Stress coat contains Aloe, so it might be helpful in helping repair damage. However, the only real thing that will heal any injuries is time.

Keep top-notch water quality, and he should be back to normal before you know it, unless there are any unforseen problems, like internal injuries.

I would probably suggest keeping this fish isolated in its own tank from now on, it sounds like it fares badly in confrontation.
