I have a black molly who has been secluded for 2 weeks. At first it was for long stringy white feces. I have been putting epsom salt in the water and feeding only peas and the white feces has cleared up but now it seems to have raised scales on both sides right behind the gills. Any idea what this may be. The fish is active, or as active as you can expect in a one gallon tank. I have been conducting daily 100%water changes also.

100%? IMO, I wouldn't do that much %. You don't want to take out all the water cuz you might kill good bacteria. Try 50% water changes

It is a 1 gallon tank with no rocks or decorations or filter. Just a bubbler. I figured that the bacteria would not grow enough to care for the tank and that 100% changes would give safer water quality.

You can not remove bacteria by doing a water change. There is little or no bacteria in the water.

Have you tested your water? This will help a lot. I belive that your fish have Dropsy.
