I'm not positive but i dont think having 7 jacks in one tank is a smart idea.
I would say your playin' with fire.
there are 8 but the jacks dont mess with each other at all nor any other of the fish at the moment being they are all the same size other than the med one, can you elaborate on the fire im dealing with? please

JD's grow to around 8" each (maybe bigger).
Having 7 or 8 in there is not good unless you are going to let a pair from and then remove the extras, because the jd's might fight eachother.
Plus, with two Jags (which are very aggressive fish), get very large.
You have a pleco, I am not sure if it's the one's that can get over a foot long though.
Your pictus should be fine.
The Convicts should be fine aswell.
If these two Jags that you have are a pair then I pitty the other fish in the tank :(
its a common pleco, so far they have been doin well togther i guess we will see, if anything happens i will move some of the fish.

1 5 inch JD
2 convict
1 common pleco
1 spotted pictus cat
Keep those fish in the 75 gallon.
the jags are close to an inch, yes i will let the jacks pair up and then my friend wants some of the others. but for now there are so many caves in the tank i think that every thing will be ok until they pair up
