I have a male and a female lobster the female laid eggs about two days ago. Do i need to take the male out, or can i leave him in the tank? How long does it take for the eggs to hatch?

When you say lay eggs. Do you mean one of your lobsters are carrying thier eggs under thier tail?

It's going to take about 28 days for the eggs to hatch. In most species the fry will hatch fully formed. They do however moult within the first 24 hours. They eat the same things as the adults only smaller versions. Mothers are usually good parents.

Also I'd take the father out.
