Hi guys, my 20 gallon has been running for a few months now and all is going well!
Currently the inhabitants are 5 panda corys, and I was wondering if I could add a Betta to the tank? I know it's a pretty empty tank but it's quite heavily planted so it doesn't look bare.
What do you guys think?
I know I can always rely on you for honest advice :)

Thanks

D

I think your betta will love you! Just make sure that the corys and the betta each have hiding spaces. If it's heavily planted i'm sure he'll do fine. I wouldn't add anymore fish after that, though.
Good luck!

Thank you all ever so much! :)

There are two pieces of driftwood in there which are against the back two corners of the tank and kinda make caves and quite a few tall and shorter plants in between those.

That's it then, it's settled! I'm going to become the proud owner of a betta! yay! :D

Thanks again guys!

It's nice to see someone even considering putting a betta in a 20 gallon tank. Thank you, d0nuT, you made my day.

actually, since you have a 20 gal with only a betta and panda cories, you could add more panda cories, they might school more, unless you were gonna add something else
