I have a heavily planted 55 gallon aquarium and was wondering if the following fish would work.
2 Blood Parrots
1 or 2 Anglefish
5 Head Tail light Tetras
2 Rams
Will this work?
If not any other ideas. I really want the Parrot and the Anglefish, and would like some smaller schooling fish.

I believe the angels will EAT any smaller schooling fishes like neon tetras, but I believe what you have there would work. Just have CLEAN water for the rams.
 
I decided that when my tank is cycled I will go with 2 Blood Parrots, 6 guppies, 6 Head Tail Lights and 2 Rams. Is that a good mixture? If not does anyone else have any ideas?

Parrots and guppies? I dunno really never kept either, how about some more bottom feeders? Your first choice, but instead of the tetras try some cories or clown loachs?
 
I think you would be fine with every thing except the guppys. Your b-parrots would eat them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
