OKay, I'm just getting my 55g ready to start my fishless cycle. I want to figure out what my stocking will be so that I know what plants and decor to set up over the next few weeks. Here are my thoughts so far(Maybe I'm overstocked already) 5 Danios, 10 White Clouds, 6 Serpea Tetras, 2 Irradescent Sharks(They are about 2" and I am trying to find them a new home...so just in the meantime) and 4 otos. Is that too much and if it isn't how about some suggestions? ;)

I am glad, that these guys are only there for a short period because these guys do grow up to a foot in length. A 55 is just way to tiny for these guys for the long term.

I saw DebraMark's picture of her Iradescent Shark that is 22-24". And to think that the LFS said they would be fine in a 10g. Yeah Right!

Try 2-3 feet. Look up Paroon shark or pangassius. Need like 200-300 gallons
