i was wondering if these are ok to feed on a daily basis once a day or the recomended dose? or even if they are good for my fish the fish love them though.
does anyone else use black worms?

I've just been introduced to the blackworms... as a treat... not a source of nutrition. I was told that these can be given daily in small quantities as goodies... however the nutritional value is not great. Also I'm looking into the parasite issue w/ some worms and Discus. Hope that helped a little.
