Okay... I got two blue rams yesterday and 3 otos for the tank I am working on. But then, my stepdaughter just had to bring over a dwarf gourami too. It would seem that my fight to keep tankload down is a never-ending battle here. So the grand total so far is:

1 dwarf gourami (fully grown)
2 blue rams (male and female)
3 otos
3 corys
5 neons
1 green neon

It is a 25 g tall, but still I wanted to keep the tankload down... in other words, I really didn't want that extra gourami in there. It seems that there is still some misunderstanding about how this is my tank now. But of course, no one listens to me anyway... blah blah blah.... I took some pics, but I don't have them uploaded to my photohost yet.

*sigh*

Now I just have to keep an eye on everything to make sure she doesn't feed them anything (she has a bad tendency to overfeed)

Ah well... I will post pics soon.

Mmmhmm. Very sensitive to bad water.

Well, she's only here two weekends out of the month, so I think they will survive. So far she has been content to just sit and watch the fish endlessly. She does have three tanks at her mom's house with breeding angels and discus, so it's not that she doesn't know anything about fish... she just needs to learn a little more responsibility and discipline. She's one of those kids who buys fish because they look cool and then have to take them back months later when they get too big for the tank. But she's 16, and her mom doesn't know anything about fish... just provides all the money to buy them.

Anyway... the rams are really cool.
