Applying for a GFX team

Im applying for a GFX (Digital art) team and i was wondering what you guys think of some of my work i made for other members of the team, which they asked me to do as a like, application kinda thing, ill add some more stuff during the next week or so, i jus finshed a Sig for the owner here, made in photoshop from scratch, opinions? Thanks

looks good, Major. My opinion, are you sure the signature should be blinking? A lot of people find it annoying....

but I like it ;)

I also think it looks great but the flashing is kind of annoying. What about fading in each letter and then having the full word fade in and out once before it starts over again??? Or..........have the full word fade in but in another color once, before it re-starts????
