I have one small oranda goldfish in one of my tanks. I am presently treating her for ich. Because I felt that I had cross contaminated this tank with camallanus from my guppy tank, I treated this fishes water with Levamosole about 5 days ago. All was well. This morning I saw floating in the water a worm attached to her poop that was at least an inch long, transparent, with an orange section near one end. It was about a sixteenth of an inch in diameter, perhaps smaller. Any ideas anyone?

I would treat the fish with food soaked in Metrodonizale. You can find it at some LFS or order it online from Big Al's in the medications section. It's marketed by Seachem and has a terrific track record of deworming animals. Aditionally, it is hard to overdose, won't affect your bio-filter and works quickly.
