Tore down a tank over the weekend, reduced to a smaller setup, and now have an abundance of red and green crypts. Variety of sizes, all have healthy root systems. They have done well for me in less than 2 WPG and up to about 6 WPG, with and without CO2. Tank was healthy, no medications used at all, no algae issues.
