Why are you comparing to different watts?
You either need 250 or 300 so choose one.
Visitherm or Rena i say.
You obviously dont know what to do, it dosent matter how high your tank is you can angle it, and your subtrate can be whatever depth you wwant and depending on what it is, how big is your tank?

put the heater on a angle if it don't fit...and Ebo's are probaly the best you can get

You need the same wattage, no matter what brand. Go with a Ebo. If it dosent fit put it on an angle.
