What size of a heater would be recommende for a 90 gallon tank, and is there 1 brand that is better than the others.

I'd use a couple of 200 watt heaters. Ebo-Jagers are best in my opinion. Tronic is usually well recieved as well.

Two 200 or 250w on either side of the tank.

Id say 2, 200 watt Visi therms at a 45 Degree angle and the back ends of your tank should be fine. Even tho i run 2, 300watt heaters in my 55 :p
