i have seen it and it seems feasible but the whole sink pump puzzles me... do you guys think its worth buying???

I've heard it is. I don't own one, but it seems much easier. Although it might be overkill if you only have small tanks like I do. A 10g and a 6g...
4 Tanks, 100+ gallons and weekly 50% water changes. I personally could not and would not do that without a Python (unless I had an endless supply of $$ for an auto change system 
)
Anyway, there are members on here with a whole lot more water to change than I, but I wouldn't even do 50 gallons with buckets anymore after having used the Python.

I have a 29g, 20g, and two 10g tanks and I use it on all of them (also for 50% water changes weekly) and only use the buckets for storage now.

yes it makes water change easy and much easier. i dont know how i managed without it for so long.
