Dale, a buddy of mine ordered an air pump and some accesories from there. He got them a week and a half ago but ordered them about 3 and half weeks ago. He said there was a huge shipping delay and the customer service was slow to respond to emails. That was his experience, and though I have never ordered from there, I will be reluctant to now.
 
Is this a new website?? About half their pages seem to be empty or "under construction" with no product pictures and sometimes no prices. Including the link on the bottom right of their main page "featured products" shows a 29.90 bowfront tank, when you click on it you get "under construction" for pictures and only basic product descriptions. I would think their "featured products" would be shown a little better. I'd wait and see.
 
A friend of mine here ordered some from stuff them. The quality is OK which is to be expected for the price. He did get the items in a reaonable time but he has also been trying to get ahold of them for service with no luck. So far I am not that impressed.
