my betta is dying. he'll fall head first to the bottom, and drag it along the bottom.also he has'nt eaten in 3 days, he just wont eat. i may want to put him down. but my mom says just wait til he dies, opinions?
I think its time to end the suffering. You can put him in a container of tank water and put it in the freezer for an hour. His metabolism willl slow then he will fall asleep and not suffer an agonizing death.
or use just pour some water into a bowl with him and add corn starch, or put him in a bag and smack him swiftly againest something hard but you know thats not something i would do...
I did so without clove oil once as my betta was in the final stages and it didn't matter at that point. I put him in a paper towel, and set him outside n -17C weather. It took but 5 minutes and he was frozen. :help:
too late. sunday morning i saw him sucked up in the filter. he lived a good long year. now his tank must go to good use. could i put 4 black neon tetras and 2 zebra danios in a 2.5 gal tank?
