Frisky Mollies…. (need help)

Frisky Mollies…. (need help) :help:

I bought 3 Lyre Tail Mollies (1 Male 2 females)
They have been doing fine in the tank..
During the first couple of days the male molly was always … ;) lets say bothering the femail molly. Always following her and stuff…

Now a days he never goes near the female molly, they do they own thing..

Is this natural.. or has he lost interest in her.

It was fun watching them swim together.. :dance2:

Any insights..

She may have put him in his place. I find my male will only leave the girls alone a little while, so fear not.
 
This type of behavior has been observed in males of other species as well. ;)

My silver mollies did the same type of thing. Females would be aggressive for a while and then the male would turn the tables and chase them back. Watch them for a while and I'm certain they will go back to their "normal" behavior soon.
