Sick Fish or Females?

My neon tetras look like they are growing bellies...it looks like either there are bumps on the bottom of their bellies or like they are getting fat....
does this sound like anything important?? are my fish getting sick!?!??! HELP!!!!

yeah someone mentioned that they may be sick or are pregnant...ok so I have 3 neons and 1 glowlite tetra....2 of my neons and my only glowlite have grown bellies....so what happens if they are pregnant??? I have other fish in my tank!!!
 
it's a 10 gallon tank...I dont have a test kit :(
I feed them twice a day
 
they eat flakes...I sometimes throw in some bloodworms
 
well they are eating just tropical fish food....I dont know ???? lol and lke I said...bloodworms
 
well I wont be able to get one for awhile anyways now :(
I have to get caught up on my power bill and my 2 loans....I'm a little behind.... :(
how do I cut back on feeding? do I just feed once a day...and what about the other fish in my tank ??? cut back with them eating too ???
If they are "pregnant" ... what do I do about it??? there are other fish in the tank...wont I be like a cold blooded killer if they eat the fry or whatever!?!?!?!
