I am wondering how many volts the electronic ph measurement devices use? I have an IC that turns my light on and I want to make a probe to test the ph. I will then adjust the ph by adding or stopping the flow of CO2. I have seen some valves that can be controlled by electricity.
How much voltage is safe to put into the tank? I was thinking about a volt or so.
The voltage lost from the probe can be used to calculate the ph. I'm not sur of a function yet, but I know that ph is related to the flow of electricity. If all else fails, I could experiment on my own with various ph's and have Excel give me a function.
