My anemone!!!!???

i just got a cheap condylacti anemone 3 inch diameter foot VERY big spread out, and for a few hours found a nice little spot for itself... its pretty late now i look over.. and its SHRINKING... as if it ate its own tentacles.. and now only the tips are showing... is this normal?

it is sleeping, 90% of all coral sleep and night and hence, get smaller. It looks really cool but don't be alarmed, it will expand in the morning when the lights come on.
