In the wake of last weekend's blunders and losing my two bettas I only thought it proper to replace them with new ones. I went to the LFS and bought one male betta that is White and Blue "acid washed" and two females, one white/pink and the other is red/blue w/ other colors. I dont have any pics right now and I cant think of any names for the two females....the male is Apollo. I'll post pics later if anyone wants to see. There is still a mystery about what happened to the others :huh:.

PS How did you lose the previous 2 bettas?
I havent been having any luck with my LFS's bettas in the past while, they keep dying. And I noticed this happened around the same time last year...

Actually this is the mystery. I was at home for the weekend and my mom was being helpful and decided to change their water like she has done so many weekends before. So she changed all three of them. We watched a movie and when it was over we noticed that maverick (the one in my avatar) was floating vertically and not breathing, Immediately we checked the other two and found that one of the others was doing the same thing....the third was okay and still is (or atleast as of last nite he was....i left him at home because Saturday I'm going back home from college and thought it would be best if I had one less thing to worry about this week of finals). So we dont know what actually happened.... :huh:
Great looking Girls you got there and Apollo is absoulutly GORGEOUS!!! WOW i just got another new betta 2!! hehehehe its no longer a hobby(Collecting male Bettas) its an obsession!! My new betta is White with an opal finish to his body and fins. His name is Ke'Oke'o I'a Which in Hawaiian means White Fish

I think you should name the female thats white with the red tail.....rocket. Because she looks like a rocket with flames.
