I have had my foxface for 5 days and he seems to be doing well. He comes out alot, and he is grazing a fair ammount. The thing that worries me though is that he hasn't touched his nori! I have tried putting it in there 3 times, I put it on my algea scraper and it hangs from that, but he don't seem interested. What should I do/feed him.

Mine eats anything that drops in the tank, and makes a dash for the nori. Have you seen it eat any food that you've added?
If it's wild-caught, it may take a while to settle in.

yea, its wild caught, haven't seen it eat enything extra, other than the hair algea in my tank, which is abundant.

If it's really eating the algae and not getting thin, then it sounds like it just needs a little time to discover other foods.

I don't know why but mine loves the brine shrimp. He will causually snack on the nori but watch out when I put brine in.

I think that he ate some of the nori becuase it was gone when I got home today. He seems to be doing to though so I guess he is just settling in. Thank you all for your help!
