My tank has always been pretty high in nitrate, now it is 40-50ppm. Most of my corals seem to be doing great. Expect my open brain, but it never did very well. I have a favia brain, mushrooms, star pylop, leather corals, a trumpt coral and a gorgian. Like I said, all opened up fully and doing well. What would be another good coral I could add while having such high nitrate? I was thinking about getting a xenia because they are soupposed to need high nitrate levels, what do you think? Also, are there any reefsafe inverts that will not be killed by my green brittle star and large CBS? Thanks, Jacob.

Why don't you try to lower your nitrates so you don't have to worry about which corals will survive high nitrate levels?

Xenia will lower your nitrates, allowing you to have a wider variety and improving the environment for your other corals.
