I'd say angelfish, if your conditions are right. A good pair will take care of the eggs and even look after the fry for a while, and the fry get along together just fine.
 
im going with angelfish on this one, they're pretty and take good care of their eggs, but how do they handle their fry?
 
Cories tend to be pretty easy to breed, I know of a woman here who has eggs being laid when she does a water change. Green cories are pretty easy fish to breed.

Me personally, the easiest fish I have found to breed is actually Endlers and the next best breeder are Sailfin mollies.
 
I don't think the actual breeding is hard. Its the rearing of the fry that is thet hard bit. My Bristlenose CF breed like champs but the angels munch on them so I usually can't save many. I just brought a Breeding net and netted the fry, seem to be doing alright.

Where is the Bristlenosed Catfish Option, they are the easiest...
