Me and my brother were watching my fish eat... we were feeding them blood works and big als staple flakes with lettuce for my snail when my gourami ate some lettuce, he put it down fine but after looking at him he had a bump on his side... http://x2.putfile.com/5/12722462574.jpg
...could this be the lettuce inside him or somethig else and if it is the lettuce is it okay/is it going to come out

I don't think eating lettuce will give a fish a tumour-like thing. It looks like a tumour. Sorry I can't help you though. I'm sure more experienced ***********s can help you. :)
