I am planning on getting a new tank sometime soon and I was wondering if I could get some suggestions or opinions on what equipment (brand and stuff) would be good. I would really love to learn of some nice filter combinations (if more than one filter is a good thing). By the way, I think the tank will either be a 55 or 75 gallon.

Planted/unplanted? Stocking? Filters are not universally good for all tank setups.

I would like the tank to be planted, and I think I'll be making a community tank. Not sure what kind of fish yet.
