No, but if you really want to clone plants via tissue culture there's a great big article on it at APC :D

I don't know about the swords. But a while back a leaf chunk from my annubius nana got ripped off. So just for the heck of it i planted it in the substrate. It's actually getting pretty big (new stems shoots and leaves) It started as 2 leaves and is now 12 leaves and 4 inches tall, after a couple months.

But swords are different. I would check www.plantgeek.net and see how swords propigate. You can find it under plant guide.

Bone - that's because anubias grow from a horizontal rhizome (the main part from which the stems and roots grow). Swords mostly propogate by mother plants which produce babies.

Mature swordplants produce flower spikes regularly. If allowed to reach the air, these produce flowers (for sexual reproduction). If kept submerged, they produce baby plantlets asexually. Those baby plants can be pinned down to root while still attached to the "mother" plant, or just allowed to develop until they have significant roots and then the plantlet is broken off the spike and planted.
