Can bolbitus hadnle 350 watts?

I've got a beautiful huge bolbitus in another tank (i'm breaking it down) and was wondering if it could live in my hight tech planted 120gal with 350 watts of light? Would that amount of light burn it out?

It grows very fast in high light as long as you have PO4, NO3, traces, CO2.
I have more light than this and grew bushes of it.
