Under the strategy, it will become an arrestable offence to protest outside someone's home in an intimidating manner and those guilty of doing so will be banned from the vicinity of that home for a three month period.
I wouldn't call that much of a deterent.

I agree, not much of a crackdown!! I'm a pretty big animal rights person, but I would never go to someones house, actually I've never "protested" at all... Like the article says, that effects the whole family, which isn't fair. I would respect someones private life, I don't have to stalk them to show that I don't agree with their choice of work!

Hmm. Im not sure I understand the logic.
