Wood Coating

Hi
does anyone know of a product which i can use to paint onto wood which will be submerged in a garden pond, which will give long term protection to the wood without harming the aquatic environment??

I would think a two part marine epoxy would work. You should be able to find some at a boat shop. In the ago they would have used spar varnish. I would think it also would work fine and be a lot cheaper.

I wonder why you want to use anything?
