Are clown loaches the only ones that eat snails? Im looking for something to add alittle life to the tank, and eat all the snails growing in huge numbers.

You will need to give more specifics on the tank. What size, planted, how many other fish in there?

It is a 75 gallon tank. Which will eventually be a discus community tank. With 4-5 large discus. Right now there are:

8 green corys
18 rummy-nose tetra
5 amano shrimp 2 or over 1 1/2" now

Thats all for now, I like the clown loach but I know they get big and I dont know when I will be getting another tank.

Yes, try yoyo or zebra loaches. They stay much smaller, get 4-5 of them if you want no snails. I don't know if they will also try to eat the shrimp though.

I have ghost shrimp in with my yoyo loach for months now and he hasn't bothered them, so the yoyo should be ok.
