Got a male and a female in a 29 gal. tank. Male was first and added female later. Thing is, she hides pretty much all the time. She'll hide behind a flower pot until feeding time then will come out. When she does come out then, the male will chase her a bit, chase a bit eat and so on. He swims about the tank pretty much all day, she hides. I was thinking about closing up the hole behind the flower pot so she will have to get out and about.
Are they just not gonna breed or is normal behavior for them?
