Holes in leaves may be a sign of potassium deficiency. I have some holes in my anubias plants and I think this might be the issue.
At 4.6 WPG, you will need to supplement with CO2 and almost certainly add nutrients too. Maybe you should think about decreasing the light if you don't want to do too much work with the plants. That would slow the growth a bit and release the plants from the potassium limitation.
I'm not sure what you're background is, but check out Liebig's Law of the Minimums (Google it if you want). It states that plant growth will continue until some factor or nutrient is depleted enough to "limit" growth. If a supply of that missing nutrient then becomes available, growth will continue again until some other nutrient or factor becomes limiting. Something is always limiting. I think that to avoid the symptoms you see, you want light to be limiting, not potassium. Again, I'm not certain that potassium is the issue. Perhaps someone more knowledgable will chime in.
Also, is that a snail I see in the foreground of the last pic? Snails generally aren't a problem, but they will eat dying leaf parts. So if the leaf is dying, the snail will come in and hasten the process. Not a bad thing in and of itself, but something to be aware of.

You have any plecos in the tank? I had the same problem once and it looked very similar to yours....my pleco was munching down on my swords.

Pleco usually don't munch down on plant unless they are on the verge of starvation. However, they do much on the leave to scrap the algae off to eat ...
