would a ancarchis and another unknown low light plant be ok in a 20 gallon tank, with a 15 watt bulb with fluorite substrate. it is 18000k power-glo.

Anacharis is one of the easiest plants to keep even in low light. I highly recommend it with that low wattage. You can either leave it floating or stick in the fluorite and let it root.
Java fern and Java moss are other good choices.

that is what i have in my tank currently. i may upgrade my lighting, but if the plants will be ok for now, ill leave it alone.
also what fertilizers or additives do you suggest for my tank. or do i even need them.
when i got my plants they had a little lead ring around the bottom to keep them together. i left it on and stuck it in the gravel. will it be ok to keep on the plants, or over a long period of time can it hurt the fish.
