Rams or Apistos?

I just bought some fish at a LFS that I normally would not go in. They are not known for thier high care of any animal. Anyway, in one tank there were seven fish all labeled as Blue Rams. I know four of them are Rams, but three of them are a creamy yellow, with long body and the fins are shorter than the rams. All of them are about and inch to and inch and a half long.

I can't post a picture, but if anyone has any ideas as to what they might be I would really appreciate it.

Well after doing some research I have decided that they are Gold Rams. They are very pretty. Now if only they live .
