my 38 gallon is having (what Id consider) a huge planaria worm problem. they are mostly in the sand and get uburied by my stingrays movement or when I filter the tank. weird part is They have stayed past my NTS and my bio filter is fully established. Is there any quick way to rid myself of them? or better yet is there any harm I should worry about them causing? Ive always had gravel bottoms that I was able to get rid of the worms just by a thorough gravel cleaning. my 125 (sand as well) and my 38g Ive had a slightly higher problem with them. my 125 doesnt have as deep of a substrate so Im thinking that might be part of the reason the 38g is having a problem for longer.

any insight is appreciated,
Sean
