first of all the tank is WAY overstocked...

second let us know a little more...whats water quality, how longs the tank been established, how old are the angels, did you add anything new recently? any change in food? what else besides going to the bottom are the angels doing? any discoloration/spots/anything out of the ordinary?

Angels and neons are a fine recipe for disaster in itself. In the wild, the neons are the Angels prey, this instinct is oftentimes displaye in the home aquaria as well. Then 4 angels would need at least a 55 gallon tank, then 4 Angels isn't the ultimate combo, it's 1, 3, or 5. I wouldn't put 1 in anything less than a 20 gallon for the sheer fact of the height of their fins as they mature. And the 2 clowns will surely outgrow that tank as well, in no time.
Even though it seems as you have a lot of filtration on the tank, the fish will be cramped and you should probably be doing more water changes. What are the parameters?

i know my 15gal is small, upgrading to a 30gal and getting rid of the angels soon, and the angels are as small as the tetras, size of a quarter. They seem to be swiming around eating fine. But they do tend to hang around by the corner alot...

Angels need good water quality. One or two angels are good in a 30 gallon. I wouldn't recommend them for smaller tanks. They just wont do well. I keep two large angels with cardinal tetras (same size as neons), they don't eat them. If you keep angels with tetras from the time angels are small, they usually wont eat them. For the 15 gallon, you want to stick with a small school of tetras, some cories, small fish. One dwarf gouramie would be great to take the place of the angels as a centerpiece fish. The clown loaches get wayyyy too big.

Others have already pointed out stocking issues etc. I will say that the clown loaches will also outgrow a 30g easily--they get about 13" long.

The other thought I had, is how much current are the filters making? Angels like a low current water, and maybe the corner is the only place they can get it? I know at work we point the water jet of the filter a different way in the angel tank so they don't have huge current. In my angel tank (65g, planted) I plan to use a cannister filter, and have both the intake and outake down low in the tank. This will not add as much oxygen (so the plants have more CO2) and it will also kep the current low for the fish...

So you saw all 4 angels eating and swimming, and then one of them died on you suddenly?

One of them wasn't doing anything wierd like breathing fast or hanging out at the top, or losing it's balance like it was getting caught in the current? There were no fuzzy or salty looking growths on it? No bites or anything like that? It wasn't spending a lot of time in one spot the last couple days? No reddish hemmoraghing? No bulging stomach?

You tested your water for ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates? Do you have sand that may have released toxic chemicals? No other chemicals like windex could have accidentily gotten into the tank or some food?

Just trying to help you find the answer... I'm nowhere near an expert, but those seem to be the questions that people ask about sick fish.

The one that died, wasnt breathing fast, but it was hanging near the top with its mouth pointed out the water like it was feeding time, And it did look like it lost ballance and feel towards the grown when it died, looked kinda like when a airplane loses controll and crashes, and the spot it would spend time most is by the heater, and my heaters are set to 82*F and are mostly on, only in cold morings when my lights arent their to provide heat there on automaticly, No reddish hemmoraghing or bulging stomach, didnt get any chemicals in it cause i use just water to clean the glasss, And i use natrual river rocks the non painted ones from the store, but i didnt test it for any ammonia, nitrites, or nitrates, cause it only looks like the angel fishes are the one dieing, eveyone else is doing fine but will get the test kids soon.

Thanks
