Sick Volitans?

I have just noticed that my little volitans has little white spots on its pectoral fins and 2 small on his body. I don't think it is white spot but it suspect fin rot or some kind of parasite. Please help as I am very worried!

Difficult to tell from photos...
Are you sure this isn't part of the normal coloration/pattern?

I just noticed it a few dat ago. I don't have a clue!! It looks a bit to big for white spot though, or is it!
