what corals should be added first?

I have tried more corals before, plyops mushrooms but they all die resulting in extreme ammonia level which resulting in making me change my whole tank of water. So can u help me by suggeting wat corals i should start with?

If you have trouble keeping mushrooms, I would wait before adding anything else. They are more forgiving that just about any other coral.

It would be useful to know a few more things.
What kind of mushrooms did you try?
WHat size tank?
How much live rock?
What lighting?
How long has it been set up.

my tank is only two feet and i just aquired a double tubing light. I found out that my ammonia is extreme and change the water with sea water. Does sea grapes really helps in lowering ammonia level? And why does even live rock die? How long should i cycle my tank?
