Planted aquarium question

I just have a small question regarding a planted aquarium and gravel vacuuming. Is it ok to gravel vacuum every other week or will this disturb the plant roots and what now.

Any suggestions on what to do in a live planted with gravel would be great.

I don't recommend vacuuming your substrate if you have live plants. They use the nutrients as food.
