Help -My Kribs had babies! How do I care for them?

Let them be, you'll lose a lot of them if not all, but unless you have another large tank ready its not adviseable to rear them. Keep an eye on the other fish, especially the rams, the kribs may decide to kick the royal crap out of them since they will be seen as a very large threat.

I think sometimes the krib will eat or not take care of the first litter. and then takes care of the rest of the litters. I'm not 100% but it may take a few trys to get good krib babies.
also I think the babies do better when they are kept with the parent krib.
I need someone here with a second opinion cause I've never bred them, I've just read about it.

Yeah since its thier first spawn (or frist one that you've seen) then they probebly wont get it right. And also the fact that you have other fish in the tank makes it less likely they they'll survive... what size tank is it btw?

You can try feeding them some Baby Brine Shrimp via an eyedropper or turkeybaster. Squirt the brine right down near the babies (careful not to blow them around!). Mom might attack the tube but its okay, she'll soon learn food comes from it.

If you can setup another tank for the parents and babies then you'd for sure have some survivors.

If you want to have any chance of raising them, you'll have to remove them from that tank and put them in a smaller tank. You can feed them brine shrimp, fry food or make your own concoction of boiled egg, mixed with water. If you don't want to raise them, let them be and eventually, the other fish in the tank will make meals of them.

If you use boiled egg yolk you need to be extremely careful. It pollutes the water very very fast. Baby brine will take a day or two to hatch, and is really a hassle to get a large amount to feed unless your already set up to do it and have a good source of 90%+ hatch rate eggs. In the end though it all comes down to if you have a tank to rear the fry separately. Some may survive in the other tank but its not likely. Kribs can also be difficult to get rid of when they reach a sellable size. LFS get them cheap usually under a dollar their cost, so thats what you would be getting for them, and they don't want to have a lot of kribs in stock, a lot of the time they have difficulty selling them.

Another thing. If he wants to keep the fry, he needs to be prepared to do FREQUENT water changes. Sometimes, 2 -3 per day!!
