What should i use in case of white spot?

My clownfish seems to be able to fight off white spots by itself but i am concern if it worsen. What can i use to cure white spots? and wha areation should i use for a 2 feet x 1 feet x 1.5 feet tank.
 
well is it ich or something else. if it is ich what else is in the tank. the first sign of ich i always turn the temp up to about 82 degrees to spead up their life cycle. this for me is usaully all i do, let the fish fight it off the temp just helps keeps the out breaks down. if it is already at high levels you can remove the fish and treat with hyposalinity and high temp in the hospital tank. but maybe its not ich can you get a pic of it.
